In 3D printing, the design of your final product depends on many factors. From the print setup and the model you need to design, to the 3D printer parts to the nozzle, that will still affect what kind of print you end up with. It is very important to choose the most suitable nozzle or nozzle as it is more commonly known in English, for the models you want to print. It may be worth thinking about what you want to print with your 3D printer before buying a nozzle, and choosing the diameter and material type based on that. It's not enough to choose the right nozzle, you also need to maintain it, as they are prone to clogging, so it's worth paying extra attention when printing. You can choose from several nozzle shapes in our webshop. In this category you will find only V6 type nozzles, but also original E3D V6 type nozzles. E3D is a British manufacturer, currently one of the best known 3D printer accessory manufacturers.
The V6 nozzles are designed to reduce internal back pressure, ensuring a fast and smooth filament flow. These nozzles are shown to have a flatter nozzle tip. Several nozzle diameters are available with this type of nozzle. This is because V6 nozzles with smaller nozzle diameters offer high accuracy during printing. While the larger diameter nozzles provide a higher layer height. The 0.1mm is the smallest diameter V6 nozzle available in our webshop and the largest is 0.8mm.
Choosing the right nozzle is not so easy. Nozzles are also influenced by the material they are made of. In our shop you can choose between three types of material. Brass coated nozzles are recommended for general printing. The biggest advantage of acid-resistant steel is its high resistance to heat stress. When working with wood, carbon or metallic materials, it is recommended to choose the hardened steel nozzle. Their characteristic feature is that they are wear resistant. Our nozzles are compatible with 1.75mm or 3.0mm diameter filaments.
